An extension of the classic VHT brand retro amplifier, the Special 6 R Head adds a room-style reverb to the Special 6 platform. A good reverb effect adds spatial depth and dimensionality to the rich tube tone. This meets many customers' needs, offering high playability.

The Special 6 R Head retains the same configuration: one 12AX7 preamp tube, one 6V6 power tube, a pull-boost, simple controls, and functionality. Ideal for beginners exploring tube amps, basic adjustments yield surprisingly good tones.
Recommended for bedroom musicians and studio recording, its low wattage effectively drives large speakers, meeting recording needs without excessive volume.
